Mark regularly makes initiative announcements going beyond his call of duty to make sure customers are aware of information. If a customer assistance is required Mark is always the first to volunteer his services be it for ramps or even luggage. Any staff who have worked with Mark over the years will tell you how easy he is to get along with and how his years of experience have helped them settle into their roles, we as his current colleagues now feel its time he is recognised for this so would like to put him forward for the lifetime achievement award.“
