“Mark joined the business in August 2014 and worked on a temporary contract at Chorley Station, during a shift on a Friday afternoon he informed of a smell of Gas on the Station. Mark remained calm throughout and dealt with the situation impeccably, he realized during the week a gas meter had been removed but the pipe had not been capped. All emergency support were unavailable but he worked through on call and had the pipe capped preventing a major incident along with massive disruption to commuters traveling on the line. Mark is passionate about his role and always keen to learn and support a real ambassador for the business.“
