“I am nominating Kevin for the Station Staff of the Year Award because in despite of his own demanding schedules and targets both in and out of work he is consistently striving to help both customers and staff alike with many work related problems including ticket machines and sales and he always has a cheery and smart, pleasant manner when dealing with everyone.
Kevin has supported staff with personal issues behind the scenes and when things have gotten really tough I know he has been a shoulder to cry on for many including myself, which due to his confidential and trusty worthy nature goes unnoticed because he would never tell you about it.
I have had many compliments from my colleges and customers alike about Kevin’s happy, friendly and professional attitude.
He has often gone the extra mile when helping people, offering advice and support outside of work in his own time.
I am nominating Kevin for Station Staff of the Year Award because he is a much loved member of station staff. He is an approachable person who shows compassion and drive in all areas of his work and I think it’s time he was recognised for it“
