“Kevin worked tirelessly to deliver Q-pulse 6 for Engineering, even though it was not your objective, you took up the challenge. Through liaising with the Safety Team, IT, Communications and Engineering you managed to implement the system. After this, some issues were found within the system, however you worked through all of these and proposed ways to fix them. You went out of your way to check all the computers in all depots to ensure compatibility with the new system.
Without your efforts, the system would have been poorly deployed and might have had a negative impact on maintenance as on more than one occasion the system was not accessible at depot level which meant that staff would not have been able to access work specifications.
You consistently take the lead and problem solves promoting performance improvements on a daily basis.“
