Said the following about Kerry Bryant:

“Kerry is an exceptional individual. She really cares about people and it shows. She helps everyone and as a mother she cares about young people especially (must be the mother instinct) she will go out of her way to make sure they are safe and get to their destination safely. She has paid for their ticket out of her own pocket many times if she feels they will be stranded late at night. She has been known to give them food and drink for their journey and tells us she hopes someone would care for her own children the same way. (Not many people would do that). Also, if any lost property arrives at the Chargeman's office here at Worcester Shrub Hill she will not stop till she has managed to track down the owner so they get their items back. She scours Facebook and Linked In till she finds the owner and messages them to contact us at the station. Unfortunately not all lost property has a driving licence/student pass/works ID badge/business card inside to enable her to do this but even if the only lead is the schoolbag it arrived in she will contact the school and inform them. She does all this and most of the time there is not even a thank you from the owners of the items but she still carries on.

She is always there to help her colleagues and has quite a wit as well. She brings a smile to all staff on shift. This lady has been a pleasure to work with and in a month or so she will be working the trains as a senior conductor. They have gained a jewel, and we have lost one on the platforms. She deserves recognition.“
