“Justin in his own time has used real train monitoring data feeds to produce real time heat maps of WSP activity for the various fleet types we operate. With his maps we can provide GA/NR control centre with better informed poor adhesion sites on our network allowing NR to deploy their teams to the locations to examine the rail head condition.
Justin has also assisted Safety with an issue they have with trying to obtain the GPS details for all of the signals on the GEML and has in his spare time built me a GPS logger that enables them to press a button when they pass a signal whilst cab riding that will log the GPS details and email them directly so they can add to my existing Google fusion table.“
