John and Roan collaborated on the recent publication ‘Leading Health & Safety on Britain's Railways: A strategy for working together’. This was no small task! In fact in involved them working across the industry to bring everyone together.
The strategy provides a framework for the collaborative improvement of health and safety performance on the railway. It focuses on those elements of health and safety risk management that can be improved by companies working together, within and beyond legislative requirements, to achieve greater gains in health and safety performance.
This will continue to improve safety on the railways by ensuring we all work together as one to ensure everyone is safe.
