“On our Manchester route we have a group of people called our Community Champs, we meet every quarter to plan and co-ordinate the charity and customer experiance events along the route, last year Jan Morgan CSA Manchester Piccadilly came up with an idea for the Summer holidays for the children to design a Virgin Trains Christmas Card. The resoponse was fantastic and generated some fabulus entries. It raised over £2,000 for a local charity and then came the really fabulous creation of Traindeer. One of the cards was done by two sisters who drew a Pendolino with horns and bug red nose. our Marketing team were really excited that this design could be a great success in doing a train wrap. Traindeer was born and ended up winning awards for its it fabulous social media attention. All of this came from Jan's initial idea and continued to grow into a fantastic event.“
