“I am nominating Gill as she is one of the most caring and supportive members of staff. She is great with the staff and the passengers.
I have had many a passenger come to the help desk and say she has been very polite and helpful.
The main reason I am nominating her is for how much support she has shown the staff especially the London West Focus Group.
Gill is always the first to get involved from her and her daughter making cakes for our charity events to getting her hands dirty by clearing the Waterloo East garden this is always done in her own time and with her own money.
Even when Gill isn't feeling her best she is always thinking of others from get well cards to birthday cakes.
What would we do without you?
