She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and during the recent timetable launch Fiona was out helping the staff and passengers. She supported us all through the problems we faced during the first eight weeks of the new timetable always answering her phone at any time even when she had gone home and not at work.
She leads by example and is a credit to our stations the staff enjoy working with her as she is always willing to help us all.“
