I am extremely proud to be their manager. Whether that be during stressful times of disruption, when the team pulls together to go above and beyond. Witnessing the team support each other. Welcoming new staff members with open arms. Or going the extra mile for those with additional mobility needs, the elderly and young.
I had planned to give some accounts of why Team Fenchurch deserve to win this award. However there's simply too many examples. Every day they deliver nothing less than extraordinary!“
