“On Wednesday 2nd October, A member of station team at London Bridge (upper concourse) requested for First Aid assistance for a female passenger who was suffering from a panic attack. Customer Service Assistant Evie May-Padmore attended very swiftly and immediately provided assurance to the distressed female whose condition was rapidly deteriorating.
Evie in the nick of time proactively co-ordinated another station team member to fetch a defib and a medical screen. The female passenger lost consciousness and Evie, as staff commenced CPR, called the London Ambulance Service. The London Ambulance Service arrived shortly after and took over the incident.
Thankfully the lady regained Consciousness and was taken to the Hospital. Evie’s quick response and professionalism demonstrated great resilience and leadership skills in ensuring that this lady received the appropriate care whilst at her most vulnerable.“
