Said the following about Euston Mobility Team (Network Rail):

“The mobility assistance team at Euston have dealt superbly with rising demand (up almost 100% in 6 years). Euston is the UK's busiest station for mobility assistance assisting over 72,000 customers last year. With over 30 written compliments in the past year, and many more tweets (and praise in person) the team has focused on delivering excellent customer service during busy operational conditions. The team remain committed to the safety of their passengers as well as ensuring passenger have a stress free journey and a reliable service. Embracing technology to ensure better customer information, and efficiency as well as better information for customers before they arrive at Euston. Whilst the service may not yet be perfect the changes in the past year have been significant and continuous improvement is now the way forward to ensure all passengers feel able to use the UK rail network regardless of age or disability.“
