“6 months ago, as a relatively new driver, i was invovled in quite a horrific fatality. Marianna was on the manager on call, who attended.
From the first phone call, she was just amazing. Keeping me informed of what was happening, reassuring me that they were near by and on their way to me ASAP. From the minute she entered the train she took control of the situation and i immediately felt a sense of relief. Her calm nature just allowed me the space to finally release my work mode and begin to take in what had happened.
Once off the train, Marrianna was kind and reassuring, making sure i got home personally, by accompanying me.
From then on she made contact regularly, checking in, offering meetings, coffee - just giving her time freely to help me navigate this horrible situation. She was always available to take a call , answer a question or just reply to a message. This attention did not wavier and has continued to this day.
