Said the following about Daniel Le Grange:

“We received a compliment for Daniel Le Grange from Mr Niall Lyne: “Hi Folks I recently took my family for a Christmas holiday to London from California. We landed from the US and boarded the Heathrow Express to Paddington on Sunday afternoon, 18th December. My wife lost her bag, with all our passports, money etc. It was a new bag so she had no ID or labels on the bag. She did not realise this until we arrived in Paddington. I was directed to the Duty Station Manager (Daniel Le Grange) on the track before the train we had arrived on, left again for Heathrow. Daniel contact Heathrow and someone in Heathrow found a bag similar to our description at LHR Terminal 2. Within 40 minutes, Daniel called my US cell phone and met me on the track in Paddington again with the bag delivered. I travel a lot and knew the chances of me ever seeing this bag again were really, really slim. Also the issue of getting US passports issued, would have been a Royal pain..... When Daniel showed up with the bag, I felt like I won the lottery. I cannot commend Daniel enough in words for his help that day. He made our Christmas trip a real pleasure, more than a lot of the fantastic sights you have in London. Please thanks Daniel for me again, and Best wishes to you all in the 2017 !!!
