Yes.That is Dale Rozario.Why?

Well first of all the safety knowledge and advice he is giving is accurate at highest levels and we can count on him on all matters and issues having a response right away.

He is very helpful and customers

have always a good feedback on his behalf .

I personally want to thank him for all the hard work and dedication to passengers,colleagues ,fellow team leaders and management team who always get help and support anytime without hesitation .

It has been one particular time when the situation exceeded everyone and we could not find a normal solution as a train full of passengers to Gatwick has been standing still on our platform having a single line working and severe signalling problems which did not make any of us life easy for the night. That moment when all that crowd of people being irate and fed up he managed to speak to them and with our help we kept everyone calm for more than 3 hours in the train. We have been making teas and giving our own biscuits to the most vulnerable passengers and our team leader was making calls after calls and giving emails to higher management for some kind of miracle.

At last we managed together to get a dozen of passengers to unite and make their way to the airport so hey would catch their flights and the rest stayed and waited till the problem has been fixed.

Once again a terrible evening for all of us,if he was not there maybe would of been finishing very bad for some.

He does go deep in all the problems as he is a people's helper .We are proud to have a good team leader like him and we all recognise he does matter to us if he is there to help.“
