Jaimie Butel-Foley is the resource manager and leads her team by example. She is professional in her role. She is a great judge of character and always puts the candidate's/contractors' needs first. She has been known to deliver PPE to the site at midnight to meet the client's needs. In a difficult social and economic climate Jamie has continued to grow the workforce, forge relationships with employees and clients and guide her team to efficient performances. Her knowledge of safety-critical roles and infrastructure protocols is excellent having trained in several safety-critical roles. She is a role model for all her peers in the company. Becky Gray joined the team in 2021 and is a natural in the role of resourcer. She has helped grow the business by developing close ties with clients and employees alike.
Rachel McDermott, the newest team member provides critical administration support, ensuring that compliance processes are adhered to, employees' timesheets are processed efficiently and accurate records are kept for the business
The team is headed by Phil Cambridge, who has over 30 years in the Industry. He brings his experience to the business development and client liaison part of the operation ensuring commercial stability. His knowledge enables him to fully understand his client's needs and consult to achieve the most efficient solutions to their needs.
The blend of skills and experience makes this a successful team with all members relying on and supporting each other. A great team and a great team to be a part of.“
