In delivery for over 4 years now the project has seen considerable delays and issues which have lead to some staggering challenges.
In recent times there has been a step change in the way in which the team delivers and how the individual contractors and client work together.
This has been down to all parties putting away their commercial issues and coming to the table with open minds with a best for project approach.
In doing so the CASR team has turned what was once a poor performing project into a project which consistently achieves its planned milestones and delivers on a regular basis.
This wouldn't be possible if everyone hadn't worked together putting aside their issues and focussing on the end game.“
