The praise he got from the passengers on board was second to none, they were writing letters in about him and praising him on our Company's Twitter page which included the below comments.

What is more extraordinary about Blake is that he has only recently qualified as a Conductor but the service and attention he gave to the passengers was as if he had had years of experience to call upon. This incident did not faze him in any way.“
