“Bevis worked all weekend on 1st & 2nd February to resolve train planning issues, which Network Rail thought were impossible to solve, enabling us to divert our trains to Oxford on 8th March. This will enable our passengers to have a journey from say Birmingham to London via Oxford, without the need of a replacement bus. His commitment, dedication and skill, and unwillingness to take no for an answer- will give our customers a much better journey experience.“
