Ashley worked tirelessly planning and liaising with the depot team to make sure every one of the fleet had a regular exterior clean. His success was reflected in the improvement of the scores. Since that time Ashley has gone from strength to strength to improve standards. His latest venture is designing his own web page for his team to get essential information on briefs and tool box talks. I cannot think of anyone who deserves to be recognised for his achievements more than Ashley for going above and beyond his duty.“

“We had a wonderful time on holiday , absolutely loved the whole trip particularly the Grand Canyon and San Francisco. Myself and my wife would like to thank everyone at Railstaff for the opportunity to take the Americas Golden West trip and special thank you for doing all the organising for ourselves and all the other award winners.
