“Armand joined Technotrack Engineering in July 2022 with very little experience of railway signalling activities. He has been enrolled onto a level 2 Signalling technician apprenticeship scheme with PM Training and Assessing. We have seen Armand progress at an outstanding rate, with very positive comments from his tutors, colleagues and our clients.
Armand shows true dedication to the profession is always very keen to learn and makes himself available for a variety of works to gain a range of experiences.
Armand has undertaken many CPD courses in his own to further develop his knowledge.
English language is not Armand's first language and part of his apprenticeship is to undertake level 2 English exams to which he has performed exceptionally.
