Said the following about Aoife Considine - **HAS LEFT**:

“Aoife has amazed everyone she worked with, displaying capabilities and professionalism beyond her years!

Aoife joined TfL as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with minimal rail experience and exposure, but this has not stopped her from performing her best on all her placements.

Aoife is also very passionate about promoting the rail industry to young people and to women as a great career path. She is an active TfL Engineering Ambassador and have been mentor-ing students at the Royal Greenwich UTC for almost a year. Aoife is also a YRP Ambassador. This year she has taken up the responsibility of leading and managing the 2015/2016 Routes into Rail University Presentation (RiRUPP) on behalf of YRP and Routes into Rail. Aoife has demonstrated outstanding management skills, writing and presentation skills having to work with ambassadors from various companies and backgrounds and also engaging with various professional institutions and stakeholders.

Aoife is also an Ambassador for Women in Rail and Engineering, actively involving herself in TfL initiatives for promoting women in engineering. She was on the organising committee that put together the world record breaking attempt by women in transport and engineering in conjunction with National Women in Engineering Day (NWED).

My team and I have greatly benefited from Aoife's efforts and contribution. She's a promising young professional that is dedicated in what she does and brings with her the energy that the industry have been lacking.“
