When new Train Driver Apprentices start with Freightliner Anika organises for them to get their details across to the apprenticeship provider, signs off their paperwork, and ensures they are aware of locations. Then checks in on inductions then meets up for regular updates on their progress right up to certification.
She is approachable and respectful to the needs of all and identifies opportunities to help their development. Bringing people together to ensure a smooth plan is implemented and carried on right through to its fruition.“
