Andi is a true inspiration for her dedication and hard work, I for one know this is often overlooked but it doesn't stop Andi doing her best and having total commitment to all who work with her.“

Andi spends much of her personal time dealing with staff issues and often puts herself in the firing line from all parties concerned despite having many out of work interests to deal with too.
Andi is a true professional and always puts others first even when Andi herself is on leave from work.
