Said the following about Amy Reynolds:

“Amy became aware that there was some disillusionment in the office around the physical and emotional environment, therefore decided to start an anonymous office ‘pulse’.

She pitched her idea to management with success. A periodic chart was displayed in IP Enhancements offices in LNE, which allowed Network Rail and suppliers to mark their feelings from 1 to 10 that period, as well as a specific question to score – e.g. Have you had a meaningful one-to-one this period? The results are sent to Senior Managers to discuss in their teams to solve issues.

Amy encountered some resistance but sold the benefits to change opinions. She has never been deterred from trying to make the office environment a better place for everyone who works there.

This initiative has had a positive effect on morale and will be moved onto a digital platform thanks to Amy’s tenacity.“
