Over the last twelve months, the company has grown at a phenomenal pace. Year-on-year, contract revenue has grown an additional 55%, whilst permanent revenue has seen a rise of more than 48%. OHSAS 18001 is a further example of advance-TRS’ continued obligation to reducing workplace health and safety risks, whilst ISO 9001 certification illustrates advance-TRS’ commitment to outstanding customer service and operational performance.

In the last year, advance-TRS became a fully audited member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), was inducted into the Recruitment International Top 500 Recruitment Companies and achieved the highest possible RISQS score for a year one company.

The consultancy now employs 20 full-time staff and is in the midst of expanding into larger offices to accommodate a number of new employees joining the company. Simply a fantastic recruitment team and very deserving of this award.“
