He not only covers SSM and meets difficult challenges, but also is H & S representation of staff as well as diversity and inclusion champion. He is also responsible staff fire and buggy training competencies and also participates in several Network Rail’s charitable work.
He always suggests improvements to management with his in-depth knowledge of his work place and network rail procedures.
