“Michael always strives for excellent customer service, Michael has been with our company for only a short time but has made a big impact with the customers and staff a like. His curtsy shines through when dealing with customers, weather the question is about travel arrangement's or a general query of how to get around any local area he is working in. Michael takes his own time out to give other staff members a call to make sure they are ok or for anything he can help with when he hears they are going through a tuff time. It's a pleasure working with Mike who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for customers and staff. Hopefully this short write up will let him know how the staff and customers appreciate his efforts.“
