“Michael always strives for excellent customer service, Michael has been with our company for only a short time but has made a big impact with the customers and staff a like. His curtsy shines through when dealing with customers, weather the question is about travel arrangement's or a general query of how to get around any local area he is working in. Michael takes his own time out to give other staff members a call to make sure they are ok or for anything he can help with when he hears they are going through a tuff time. It's a pleasure working with Mike who always goes above and beyond the call of duty for customers and staff.
