She has stopped a small hand fall of people from committing suicide as well and also going over and beyond in her day to day role. staying hours past her shift to make sure her customers get home safe or find there property and some times in hospital with our customers when they have had an accident.
She is a brilliant team player and brings our small team together to make a difference to our customers, our company and the railway.“
