Dean created Traincrew Database some 4 years ago and works on this tirelessly in his own time dedicating hours of personal time to ensure we can be the best that we can be for our customers. What started as a interest to Dean has now escalated into a huge database of knowledge that also incorporates a knowledge based questions app that keeps everyone involved up to the highest spec in both general day to day duties and also if we encounter anything out of the norm. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Dean for the past year expanding the information available to more areas of the company and working closely with Northern to get all this information available to all Northern staff via smart devices.
