Its a team of five, who all work different shifts, but they are very clear on the mission for the team . It's been a challenging few years for everyone in the rail industry and this is no different for the TSOM, but they take change in their stride and never lose sight of what is important.
They are flexible and support each other, they have am immense amount of knowledge between them and they are always willing to help. They all remain calm when the service is less than ideal, they are very proactive and keen to improve things at London Victoria.“
