Said the following about Jay Boyle:

“Jay was on duty when an incident occurred at Wolverhampton Station (8th Jan 2022). A man came off a train at Wolverhampton with serious medical issues. The train was expressed from Smethwick Rolf Street to Wolverhampton with an ambulance called. From getting the man off train his condition worsened very quickly. He had a severe seizure which in turn stopped breathing and cpr was administered. Jay along with his colleagues acted fast, calmly and professionally. 999 was called again and every possible thing was carried out to ensure the man was given the best chance of survival. As well as administering CPR, Jay assisted with communicating with Emergency Services and BTP as well as managing his station. These great acts of professionalism and bravery ensured the man was treated by emergency services and taken to hospital.“
