“Daniel has helped to developed a tailored development programme for frontline leaders on East Midlands route – LEAD (Lead, Engage, Achieve, Develop) – this programme is designed to equip the route leaders with skills needed to really lead people. India is encouraging aspiring female leaders from across the route to apply and take part.
Daniel supports with each of the learning event and supports the candidates inside and outside of the classroom.
The Route is seeing success with staff who have been through the programme becoming more confident in their roles and some obtaining promotion.
His passion is infectious and is helping move the dial in Frontline Leadership training“
