“Charlotte consistently provides a high level of service for the ONE account even under pressure.

She will always go the extra mile to ensure the customers needs are met, this has gone unrecognised over the years.

There have been times when she has missed lunch breaks and stayed late to guarantee everything runs efficiently.

Without Charlotte the introduction of ONE’s new system PARIS late last year wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. Her years of knowledge across all areas of the ONE account were imperative in order for her to become our PARIS superuser. Charlotte never allows the pressure to get to her and always communicates with the team, which is key during change overs as this could have been a disaster.“
