“Our Supervising Team - Michelle Cummings, Mourad Abada, Firat Kama, and Charlotte Mcclean, have worked together as a Team for over 5 years during this time they all have worked tirelessly to ensure all duties were carried out.
Nothing is too much to ask from this Team, ensuring all our staff have the knowledge, Skills required for their role.
Supporting staff during Covid was a big challenge for all of us, this Team ensured all staff who had difficulties during this time were supported and reported to management if recognised additional help is needed for any staff.
The Teams contributions to the Arrivia Rail London Contract is priceless ensuring all changes are delivered when requested not forgetting the great relationship with the Managers at all stations.
Their dedication to their work completing tasks for deadlines set is always achieved without issues.
Together as a Team, they have been recognized for saving 15 lives, which is just a great achievement in itself.
I would like to nominate this incredible team for all their hard work, commitment and their achievements over the years together, their efforts and professional attitude towards staff and their duties just strengthen the whole Team.
