Said the following about Adrien Lidovic:

“Adrien joined Lundy Projects on 4th October 2021 as part of the Graduate Scheme which is a 2 year Programme as a Project Manager. Adrien’s background is Military of which he served 7 years in the Armed Forces and the disciplined approach learned in the Military has made him to be a great a great asset to Lundy Projects. It is this attitude and pride to work on the railway infrastructure that stands him in great stead for a long and successful career.

Adrien is a positively thinking individual and always eager to learn, he actively volunteers to attend site on weekend shifts, he is given specific duties to carry out under the supervision of senior members of the team, so that he can enhance his knowledge on the principles of working on a live rail infrastructure and understands the complexities of working in the industry.

Adrien is always supportive of his work colleagues and collaborates regularly with the team members especially the Construction Manager. The importance of getting it right first time principle and understands the consequences of failure is a major daily task that Adrien fully understands and he takes very seriously.

Commercially Adrien has a full understanding of the commercial review process and regularly supports the Project Manager(s) in carrying out the relevant commercial reporting process within Lundy Projects and in turn attends the monthly commercial review with the Lundy Projects Managing Director.

Adrien has been introduced to the clients and has integrated himself well within the combined project teams irrespective of discipline, inclusive of being briefed on design status and liaising back to the client.

Adrien’s positive attitude and cheerfulness whether in an office environment or on site brings a well being factor that resonates with whom all he interacts with and this attitude brings out the best from his work colleagues.“

“Adrien is a conscientious individual who takes great care in detail and presentation of his tasks during his graduate mentoring period. He has shown a positive attitude towards the learning process to be a successful project manager. Adrien is also very disciplined and never says anything negative towards his work assignments, often working unsociable hours to meet the delivery dead lines.

Adrien has shown great aptitude in learning about the commercial forecasting and review process helping in producing monthly commercial reports and presenting them in senior management monthly reviews.

Adrien has know been awarded his own projects to manage and lead after only being in the graduate program for less than a year which is a fantastic achievement.
