“Since Tracy took over as Station Manager at Waterloo East she has thrown herself in at the deep end.
Tracy has been a driving force behind making major improvements at Waterloo East, some of many examples include recognising a need for extra staff, improved public toilet facilities including a complete refurbishment of the gentlemen's toilet, having the station repainted and on a list for an upcoming deep clean, increased signage, the amalgamation of the team leader and station controller offices giving both a more central placement on the station and easier sign in facilities for contractors .
Whilst Tracy's decisions are not always popular, I firmly believe that she acts in the best interests of Waterloo East Station and its staff.“
