“Michael was on site at Staines station with a male on the tracks, with severe mental health issues, who had the intention of ending his life. Michael approached the person on track, and spoke to him and listened at length and managed to talk him safely off the track, displaying excellent levels of calmness and compassion for the individual whilst maintaining both their safety.“
