He knew that Rebecca and myself were new to the Station Managers role, he logged on from home and started to guide us via Phone every time we needed help. He also contacted the twitter team so they could update everyone. He was a very important link in our biggest evacuation at London Marylebone. we as a team were known as the Calm team at Marylebone via BBC news.“
