“Glen was working at Victoria station on Monday 28th August 2017.
A female retail worker suffered a heart attack while on duty. Glen attended immediately.
Glen used his first aid training to administer CPR, and attend to the female until paramedics arrived. Had it not been for his bravery, calm and quick thinking during this incident, Doctors have told us that the outcome might have been very grave.
Thankfully, the female is in recovery. We received the below quote from the store manager. "It is important that I let you know that the actions of your Colleagues, in particular Glen saved her life. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Clearly, the support that your team give to everyone around Victoria, and the training that you provide them is invaluable and truly lifesaving."“
