“Sari has been a hugely important part of the graduate recruitment process from designing the assessment and selection centre materials to coordinating hundreds of graduates and colleagues alike, to deliver enormously successful assessment centre experiences for everyone involved. Her dedication to task and professional focus when delivering under pressure never wavers, even when unexpected changes occur and threaten to cause disarray.
In addition to her day job, Sari has gladly undertaken to support a large national early engagement outreach programme by developing interview and assessment centre activities and experiences that are solely aimed at developing and preparing young people so that they have learned experiences to draw from in the future.
Sari is a fabulous team player whose supportive nature means that she never says "no" to anyone and has the commitment to deliver, with precision, time and time again. Dependability is in short supply these days, but it appears to be Sari's middle name!“
