“Paddy has been engaged with the enormously successful Fast Trackers programme for two years and has led the London and Wales regional activities to ensure that hundreds of 16yr-19yr old students got the first-class careers information, advice and guidance they need to make successful academic and career choices that suit them. His Fast Trackers journey took the programme from concept through to successful delivery of the enormously rich programme that canvassed and corralled support from academic and industry partners alike. He developed his own primary stakeholder group that hold him in exceptionally high esteem and recognise his efforts as being the driving force behind the successful outcomes experienced by over 100 students who have all realised Industrial Cadets awards as a result – it is clear that without his contribution, his stakeholder group do not think that the delivery would have been as successful.
Paddy also played an enormous part in planning the programme for the Fast Trackers National Final in Birmingham, developing the programme itinerary and playing host to the competition finalists. His attention to detail is exemplary as is his professional upbeat approach when dealing with the stakeholder group, which is hugely motivating and develops confidence. He has an ability to manage a large volume of minute detail with ease and has a compulsion to keep all stakeholders appraised of progress and well informed.“
