“I have nominated Daniel as I recently joined the company with no experience in the railway and I have learnt so much in such a short space of time from him, I now feel really confident in my role all thanks to Dan. In the short time I have known him I have realised he has a great passion for our customers and making rail accessible to all, attending many meetings and coming up with new ideas for our customers who need a little extra help. He goes above and beyond for our colleagues doing all he can to answer any questions they have and making them as happy as possible whilst at work. He also helps out whenever we are busy and does jobs that many other managers wouldn't. I really believe he deserves the recognition for all of the above.“
