Said the following about Roseanne Mennie:

“In our battle to a billion Roseanne has worked tirelessly, her headline is Bring an idea to life. Most recently the Aberdeen team have suffered from crew shortages coupled with some large Scottish events. Rather than have a moan Roseanne put her thinking cap on and shared her innovative ideas with the rest of the team. Recently Scotland were playing on three consecutive Saturdays at Murrayfield in Edinburgh always busy on our Aberdeen trains for travelling fans The team fed in some ideas on what we could do to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. She led the whole team in delightfully surprising our customers with freshly made bacon rolls and a beer and for the return journey baked sausage rolls and a beer for the cold wet and hungry and on occasion jubilant fans! On each of these Saturdays Roseanne went above her normal role and ensured that the service was not only delivered but added to each week - finding different ways to ensure that the trolley was available in sparking standard despite the services being full and standing on all three occasions and taking feedback from the whole team to plan the following weeks strategy ensuring that everyone worked safely and as a team to enjoy those moments. This managed to raise the revenue to 3.5K on the rugby trains for this event ensuring are team were visible and available at all points of sale - and the sweet smell of Scotland's success was not the only success on the day. An amazing lady full of great ideas and a can do attitude that takes her fellow team mates along with… these ideas have continued more recently again with the Rugby Scotland v France utilising the ideas that worked modifying the ideas that were not so good brought fantastic results sales of over £800 in 2.5 hours on a full and standing moving train is no easy feat – delivering a fantastic service with a smile and joke, having the doubters in the team queuing to work these innovative services is such an achievement. Who knows what will happen with the big match next week with the rivals Scotland v England“
