His meticulous planning and pre-visit desk studies always ensure no aspect of site safety has been overlooked.

He has fast become a self-taught 3D modelling expert this year by producing a BIM model of Euston station as part of a HS2 scheme, not just to a very high standard, again well within programme and very much under budget this has prompted exceptional feedback from the client.

Richard has previously been a finalist in the ‘Aspire’ awards in the ‘Delivering for Customers’ category. This reflects the high regards in which Richard is held with everybody the team.

Since joining the team in 2011, he has played a massive contribution to the team’s existence saving money on countless schemes and often finishing the financial year with the highest utilisation.“
