When Ossie started, there were a lot of open positions within the project and along with the other recruiter on the team, reduced these by two thirds through his experienced recruitment knowledge and approach. At the end of 2016, the other recruiter left the team but this has not fazed Ossie and has continued to perform outstandingly.
