Everyone morning a number of passengers at St Pancras International Station come up and talk to Kelly , he knows these customers by first names, and chats to them like they are his personal friends.
Kelly is consistently friendly and engaging, and always welcomes his customers with a friendly chat and a good morning. He has a great mile that just warms you up every morning. He has one of those auras about him that just makes the station, and he is missed when he’s not on the gate line. It’s the kind of customer service that makes a station great; he’s that go to happy, friendly chap that just makes it a pleasure to show your ticket. His commitment to our passengers is outstanding and consistent and he should be recognised for this.“
