In his day job at South Western Railway, Glen has delivered multiple sessions to raise awareness for their newly ‘Inclusive Workplaces’ programme from senior executive to front line colleagues explaining the purpose of the equality act and its relevance to all employees as well as inclusion training and its importance to all.

Glen has worked closely with the front-line colleagues to deliver mess room banter workshops highlighting the potential issues that banter can have in the workplace – this has been a hugely successful programme with lots of engagement from colleagues across all functions in the business. Glen is well known and influential across all areas of the business.
