“Erin is the HR Advisor for the West of the Company and is a real asset to the area and the Managers/staff she assists on a daily basis.

Erin has a wonderful helpful attitude and is always available to talk to or come and visit even though at times she travels many hours just to get to see people for a short time and she is always willing to make that effort to come and assist me especially in Cumbria at any time.

She has a wealth of knowledge and she will give exceptional advice and explain procedures in such a professional and helpful way that she is someone I personally call upon weekly and sometimes daily for her assistance with difficult issues that arise.

I feel that sometime staff that are not in the front line are not always the first to be acknowledged and praised and there have been difficult times in recent months were Erin's knowledge and experience has shone through with exceptional results. She is a lively friendly person but is thoroughly professional through and through and she nurtures managers through sometimes difficult issues and procedures making sure they are fully in a position to continue with any issues directly themselves.

Erin on many occasions has gone above and beyond her remit with either travelling or attending staff issues to support and encourage others to be armed with information required to ensure the correct outcome.

I would like to nominate Erin for her commitment to others and her exceptional persona and professionalism in advising and directing and always being there to help and assist and going just that bit further in everything she does.“
